Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalised Items

As our cards are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for personalised items unless:

  • The product is damaged or faulty on arrival.

  • We made an error in the personalisation details compared to what you provided.

Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised items, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a fault:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided we have not yet started production.
Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-3 business working days.
